1. Order Cancellation
Before Dispatch
- Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.
- To request cancellation, customers must contact us immediately via email.
After Dispatch
- Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refusal at the time of delivery may result in restriction of future COD orders.
2. Returns Policy
Due to the nature of our products (spices, masalas, and food items):
- Returns are not accepted once the product has been delivered.
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products are strictly non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Products
We take utmost care in packaging and quality checks. However, if you receive:
- A damaged product, or
- A wrong product
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Order ID
- Clear images of the product and packaging
After verification, we may offer:
- Replacement of the product, or
- Refund, at our discretion
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only in approved cases (damaged or incorrect items).
- For prepaid orders, refunds will be made to the original payment method.
- Refund processing may take 7–10 business days, depending on the payment gateway or bank.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
- COD orders are not eligible for refunds once delivered.
- Repeated refusal of COD orders may lead to account suspension.
6. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, unless the refund is due to an error from our side.
7. Changes to Policy
